Our Story
How Kaye's Began
My name is Zachary Kaye. Before Kaye's Property Management, I built Kaye Cleaning Solutions — a cleaning business that worked closely with property managers across Hobart. What I saw from the inside shocked me.
Property managers were sitting at home, doing the bare minimum, and pocketing 20% or more of owners' income. Meanwhile, the owners themselves were walking away with 30% or less of what their own property earned. Cleaners were being underpaid. Guests were getting a substandard experience. Everyone lost — except the manager.
So I started taking on clients directly. Owners who had been stuck at 20–30% returns started seeing 50–60% and beyond. The difference wasn't magic — it was simply doing the job properly, charging fairly, and actually caring about the outcome.
